This is a proposal for a Joint Research Project (JRP) under the SNSF SCOPES mechanism. The duration of the project is two years. The four partners aim to collaborate on the subject of speech prosody; that is, extraction and synthesis of pitch, duration and intensity of speech. Although there are intermediate technical objectives, the main objective is to understand how to formulate a bid for more substantial funding from the European Union
